With a crisis at our customer site that resulted in the building losing connectivity, we couldn't get an engineer from our offices in London up to Edinburgh and after some frantic phone calls, spoke to Lewis at Texaport. 20 minutes later he had arrived at the customer site, fully compliant with Covid rules and following our instructions to the letter.
